Deluge
I would like to make a suggestion.
That Deluge use random ports for every connection with a specified range. For example. I have ports 44140-44150 port forwared on my router and I would like Deluge to use them all simultaneously by communicating with peers and servers randomly from any of the ports.
You can specify a range, but deluge appears only to use only the first IP in the range.
My provide seems to be clamping down on my connection when I over utilize a port for an undertermined amount of time. So I have to evenly spead my traffic over several ports to keep my isp's detection software from throttling me down to nothingness.
