After reinstalling, how resume former torrents?

I had to reinstall Deluge (delete config folder) because it doesn't start. In the configuration wizard I've choosen the same folder I was downloading torrent files, but now Deluge doesn't find the torrents. The main window is clear. I don't know how to tell Deluge to resume the torrents a was downloading.

your files are in ~/.config/deluge/torrentfiles/
