Downloading while seeding
While using deluge, it will show that it is still downloading while a torrent is already seeding. I cannot figure out why I would need to continue to download the file after it has completed and I am currently seeding it. I can tell it is still downloading because the down speed flucuates between 1kb-10kb. Why is this happening or is this normal?

Not 100% sure, but I think it's due to the high speed of seeding. If you really are seeding with MB+/s that means a lot of packets are being sent from you to the leecher and also from the leecher to you (channel control or whatever). So that adds up to kilobytes per sec. I've seen this before. I just can't remember if that happened in deluge or some other client. If your up speed is much lower then it's something else.
