I've download Ubuntu live cd. And cd check said that its corrupted.
How to check downloaded files and how to repair files if they are really corrupted?

did u burn to the cd at a low speed - that's a suggestion I heard others tell others..
so try re-burning but at a much lower speed than the default burner can handle..

every ubuntu cd has a md5sum (http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu-releases/7.10/MD5SUMS)
so you do md5sum cd.iso and see if it matches. there is no "repairing", though.

Yes. I've burn cd at low speed. And then check iso once more in vmware.
Also I can check cd with md5.
But it doesnt matter.
Does bittorrent protocol provide some verification method?
Ununtu has "cd check" and md5sum, but most part of torrents dont.
