Deluge
at Ubuntu 8.04 Deluge 0.5.9.0 a have this bugs:
- for deaktivated torrents it build download folders
- sometimes it aktivate all torrents
- mkv files open with kaffeine, not with the default player totem

what do you mean by deactivated torrents? torrents that are queued by not downloading?
I'm pretty sure it's an issue with libtorrent (which deluge is built on), it will most likely not get fixed in 0.5.
you can set the max number of torrents allowed to download in preferences.
if it's the latter, right click on a .mkv files select properties and then select open with (where you can set the default option).

in deluge it open kaffeine.
i have delete kaffeine from the list of programs that open mkv, but this error is not gone...

it aktivate more then 200 Torrents. (80 is max)
and i cant stopp this!!
