Crashes after reopening.

I am running 0.5.8.9 (BitMeTV has a 2 week testing period for new versions) and whenever I shut down Deluge, and then restart it, it will crash with

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'asio::system_error'
  what():  Address already in use
Aborted

I have read the FAQ, no other service is running on this port, no other torrent client is running. The only way I can get Deluge to run again, after this first crash, is to
1. "Sudo killall python" to kill the webui that is still running (Running Deluge before doing this causes the error in the FAQ)
2. Restart Deluge and before it crashes, select and pause all torrents
3. Then wait a few minutes and unpause them.

I've tried searching around but no one seems to have the same problem.
