Specific support for Deluge on Microsoft Windows OS

I don't remember previous versions installer doing this, or maybe I'm not remembering correctly. But why is this happening?
This happens with Deluge 2.2.0 deluge-2.2.0-win64-setup.exe 2025-04-29 21:27 40M >> Downloaded from
https://deluge-torrent.org/download/
I see there is also a deluge-2.2.0-win64-lt2.0-setup.exe version, but not sure what the lt2.0 stands for.

lt2.0 is the versions of libtorrent (lt = libtorrent)

This is normal behavior for any application that Windows don't know its author.
If the download are from credible source you can ignore it and choose to run it.
