Deluge uses 50% of my cpu all the time

I just installed the latest deluge and when I start it with no torrent it uses 50% of my cpu, I did upgraded to the last svn to see if it was the same and it is :

try to diagnose it. load deluge from a command prompt, make sure there are no errors output, and then disable the plugins one by one and see if it's a particular plugin that's causing the cpu spike

I had similar problem, but since svn update with half-open connections everything is okay again, so mayby try newest svn now.
