cant get deluge running/"active" on ubuntu

hi guys,

2nd time posting here, its the same machine that i posted about before, i restarted it and when i did the web ui for deluge at :8112 had thrown up site cant be reached.

i then ran these commands these command below and got this result, i cant think of what this would be so thought id ask the experts here

edit : was permissions fault unsure as why it changed when i rebooted the machine though.

im now getting another issue when the disk space in bottom right on the web ui is showing error, and the preferences have been wiped completely, when i try to input them, apply and close them they just wipe again, very confused if anyone can help at all

ive completely uninstalled and reinstalled following this guide https://www.linuxbabe.com/ubuntu/instal ... untu-20-04

and im still stuck at the same point as i was before the connection manager is saying the daemon is offline and when i check the status of deluged its failed but deluge web is fine
