Very slow speeds with Deluge

Hi all.

I have a strange speed problem.

I got a 1Gbit connection (Wan and LAN)

This result is from Qbittorrent

But i only get about 200 mbit in Deluge.
I tryed the official and the uofficial version with no luck.
Tryed messing around with alot of settings.
FTP test also running fine.

Qbittorrent by default sets a much higher libtorrent cache than deluge, which could begin matter on higher speeds. Besides that, then also defines mixed mode algo 0. Finally, announce-to-all-tiers enabled by default in qbittorrent. Those three are probably the biggest culprits if I had to guess, that is of-course if port forwarding setup/working properly and not otherwise crippling client. Ltconfig plugin can be used to define e.g mixed-mode-algorithm and announce_to _all_tiers/trackers settings in deluge. Could of-course also be differences in libtorrent versions used simply.
