Deluge
My torrents weren't extracting anymore and I saw that the "extractor" plugin somehow got unchecked. So I tried to reinstall it and when I clicked "install" the box unchecked. I tried downloading/installing a different extractor and got the same result. For some reason, they just won't install anymore.

Not sure - but this happened with every plug in - internal or 3rd party. I restarted Deluge on my seedbox and then the plug in installed correctly and seems to be working.

In the meanwhile I checked the last 2.0.3 installer and the plugin comes with it. Do you use the GTK client to manage the seedbox remotely ?
I may have read something similar and I think the solution was to remove the egg file on the server+GTK client and install it again (with daemon not running of course). Even if this is not a remote install you may give a try.
