Maximun upload slot not working

Hi,
I have Deluge installed on a raspberrypi and control it remotely with desktop deluge on ubuntu 18.10

I can upload maximum 5 files, even if my maximun upload slot is set to -1 or 10..
Is there something I doing wrong ?

Hi,

Please share the queue settings you've configured. it may be linked to the libtorrent version you use so pleas confirm Deluge+libtorrent version
