How to really (!) delete torrent traces in "fastresume"?

As I guess for every torrent an entry in the file

"torrent.fastresume"
and
<settingsfolder>/state/torrent.fastresume.bak"

is created.

Even if I delete the torrent in Deleuge Main View these files do not shrink.
So there are still traces left.

How can I really delete all traces of previous trorrent downloads?

The size of the fastresume does not indicate anything, have you checked for torrent hash in it?
