Obviusly this is a man in the middle, but I need to know where happens, well.. I think It's from whithin my router because this issue happens too in a clean windows installatio.

Yes we have transitioned git, forum, and dev subdomains to https by default now.
The problem with download.deluge-torrent.org is that it is using our hosts cert. I will remind them again to look into that.

The SSL is working fine for me. Try flushing your DNS in command prompt and cache in browser.
