Some Issues

Post by chrome »

Hi just wanted to say i just started using this and for the most part it is a good client.
My major problem is that after i exit deluge (clean not crashing) dbus-daemon-deluge.exe is still running and i have to manually close it with task manager before i can start it agian. im using XP Pro SP2 with Deluge 0.5.8.9.

Also when a torrent finishes downloading and is seeding it wont start the next download that is queueing. is this a bug or am i just to stupid to figure this out. I want 1 torrent to download at a time and then when its done i want it to seed and the next queued torrent to begin. also in a future version it would be nice to see exactly how many Mbs are left to download. just a suggestion

Thanks

I think you want to set the seeding preference to, "queue files to bottom when they begin seeding."

Admittedly there seems to be a few "issues" with these last few versions that a lot of people are having especially with the ratios...

thanks that worked but i dont know how much longer i am going to use deluge. it seems to be slow at downloading and it is just slow in general. also for a new version you should change the force recheck option when you fight click a torrent to the bottom or just anywhere but the top. i dont know how many times i have clicked this and on a 8 gig torrent file it takes a while
