Possible bug? Deluge 0.5.8.9.

If this is known then fair enough, it also might just be my system.

I upgraded to 0.5.8.9 from 0.5.8.7 and everything seemed well (i skipped 0.588 cos it was buggy) However I started to notice that under 0.589 my ratios were very very high, and my uploaded amounts were clearly wrong.

I just looked into it and it seems that whenever the torrent is paused (or when deluge closes as well i think) a number gets added onto the upload amount (i couldn't be sure how much, might of been the amount downloaded (or downloaded that session, or uploaded that session) but it was a large number and it bulked the ratio sky high. This incorrect ratio (with upload and download totals) must then get stored because when loading deluge up again the information is still there, very high and increasing more and more. Now does deluge then report that to the tracker, cos I can see that being a bad thing. Anyway, i only just really noticed it doing it, and i've been using it for a few days and not really checked.

I've now switched back to 0.587 again seeing as that works great and doesn't have this issue.

Any ideas why it happened/happens, could it of been my settings that caused it or is it an actual bug?
