Deluge IP's Blocked???

Deluge IP's Blocked???

I've been experimenting with many different bittorrent apps on a windows server I just built to host a media centre along with PLEX etc etc etc.
Because I share my PLEX server I do whatever I can to ensure my ass is covered ...but that it's still usable.

I haven't always been a fan of peerblocking, VPN's, proxies are all way better ...but I can assure you peer blocking has saved my ass a couple of times.

Onto the question of today, whenever I run Deluge my PeerBlocking app gets a little upset:

This is from just running the Deluge app, nothing downloading or uploading and it continually tries to contact these IP's. Any suggestions?

Turn off DHT maybe.
