Case insensitive sorting?

Hi,

I tried searching but that didn't really help

My Deluge 1.3.12 on Win10 is sorting the names case sensitive

that confuses me a bit, because this (very old bug) says that windows should sort case insensitive

and I haven't found any dialog in the settings to change that?

am I missing something or has this changed?

I don't think the GTK UI did ever have case-insensitive sorting so maybe a mistake by user.
