Deluge
I am using the webui to manage a deluge daemon that is running on a Ubuntu Server 14.04. Whenever I add a torrent, sometimes I am given the error "Permission Denied" on the Details tab next to Status. However if I let the file sit around long enough it will eventually start up and download to completion, though this does not always happen. And at one point I had a torrent that was downloading to my torrents folder but a second one was sitting in Permission Denied.
I have tried running the deluge daemon and webui as a deluge user and as my main user account but nothing changes. I am not too familiar with users, groups, and permissions so I am not sure if I have everything set right, however the fact that sometimes it works and others it doesnt makes me think that this is not a permissions issue.
I have also tried removing all deluge packages and reinstalling with no luck.
