need some help in building libtorrent

hey everyone,
i'm pretty new here,working on windows 7.
i'm working now on my final project and i tried to compile the libtorrent in the Visual studio.
i started doing all the necessary steps until i stopped here , when they ask me to create a boost user-config.jam.
i really tried everything, and i'm not sure i know exactly what i need to do.

if there's another/Better guide to do that , i'll love to here it.

What exactly is the issue in creating the file? You create a new file named 'user-config.jam' in that folder and paste that line into it.
