Latest version won't run on specific user.

I'm using Arch linux on a headless computer. Neither deluge-web and deluged will run on the user I've specified in '/etc/systemd/system/deluged.service'. It runs on the 'deluge' user account which is no use to my needs.

You need to verify your system is setup correctly as it can't randomly choose deluge system user. The Deluge application itself has no influence on what user it is run as.
