extractor not working with windows server 2012 ?!

This is what I found in the log:

Doesn't look like too extra information. I tried running the 7z command referenced in the log in the download directory and it extracted fine.

Might be worth trying 32bit 7zip. That error is related to 7zip rather than torrent files.
