Can't log in to my raspberry Pi anymore

Up until recently I could log into my raspberry Pi deluged from my Linux laptop. On linux, I typed in the ip address of the laptop 192.168.1.197:8112 - normally I am then shown my Rasperry Pi in the connection manager which will say "online". Now it says offline, even though I can ping the Pi and from ssh'ing into the Pi I can run deluge-console and confim that it really is running.

On the Pi the conf file has remote connections enabled.

Any ideas? I haven't changed anyting recently. When the trouble started I ran update and upgrade on the Pi but that didn't help.

Any ideas? Is there another torrent set up people are having luck with the Pi?

Deluge is still running and successfully downloading the torrents I gave it before the web UI stopped allowing connections.

I don't know why the webui stopped, could be firewall issue? You could in the meantime setup GTK thinclient.

Ahhhhhhhmen! Thanks for that. I installed the thin client deluge-web on my Pi and logged in there and I could see all my torrents. What a relief.
