Deluge 1.3.5 crashes on large torrents (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

Hi,
I'm trying to download 350GB+ torrent with close to 200 000 files inside, the .torrent file itself is quite large - about 25 MB.

I started to download the thing but after a while it just crashes to desktop, when started Deluge again in does "checking" for quite some time and after few minutes when it's finished it crashes again.

Using version 1.3.5 running it on Ubuntu 14.04 as GUI, running it on Intel Atom CPU with 4 GB RAM and 2 GB swap file. The RAM is far from full when the crash occurs.

What can I do to stop the crashing? Can I adjust some cashing parameters or anything?
