ui appearance - small fonts

Thank you, Deluge Team, for your work. I am another uTorrent refugee, fleeing the Bitcoin miners who have hijacked uTorrent in order to steal my CPU cycles. Someone already stole my bicycle, so stealing my CPU cycles is just piling on.

My Deluge ui in Windows 8.1 has fonts that are too small to read.
I do not find the "Advanced" section of Preferences or any other section that would allow me to adjust the font size. How can I make the fonts larger?

Another detail. I cannot click on items. I must select them and then press the Enter key. I'm using a 2.4 GHz USB keyboard, if that makes any difference.

I don't think there is an easy way to change the font sizes.

For clicking on things, I am not sure what is causing that. I can click just fine on Windows 7 with a wired USB keyboard and a wireless USB keyboard.
