Extractor Plug-in on Windows

I have currently installed Deluge 1.3.10 on Windows 8.1 with 7-zip installed in the default directory. I have activated the extractor plug-in but can not get it to work. With sub folder checked and a folder is created but nothing gets extracted. However, If i remove one of the archives and forces a re-check the missing archives gets downloaded and the video gets automatically extracted.

Are there any known workarounds or is it possible to replace the plug-in with execute script?

I have the same problem. However even the recheck after deleting one part does not guarantee the file will be extracted after completion. Tried with create sub-folder checked or not, doesn't make a deference. The weird part is that once in a while it extracts one of the files. So I did some testing on those examples, but I can't repeatedly extract those as well. I've got a log here for a torrent where I deleted a part and forced a recheck. Once the extractor was successful and the other time not. Oh I have the py2.6 version here, if that is somehow important, I'm probably going to try to install the 2.7 version, but I don't see how that could make a difference.
