Deluge
Hello,
First of all, is this project dead ? I see lots of plugins outdated since 2011 and many unanswered questions here. Few new features since many years ago.
Another problem: Upnp is not working! I am not able to automatically open ports. Others programs works perfectly. Please, solve this issue. Thank you.

I don't think that this project is dead, for sure the support is not the top.
Now, I have Deluge working on Win 8.1 and my Router is DGN2000. The ports are opened correctly but when deluge is shut down the ports remains open.
This is not good for security

Thank you for your answer. I will try to reinstall. My modem (Arris TG862S won't enable the ports, while with other programs it works just fine. Weird.
LE: Weird or not, turning off and then on the UPnP option on my modem make it work just fine. The ports are opened when Deluge is opened and closed when I close Deluge. It's weird, but it looks like the option on the modem was stuck or something like that.
LE2: Not working...the ports opens but won't stay open with deluge. I think I'll go forward with other client
