Value column Downloaded too high

I am using Deluge 1.3.11 (with Windows 7 64-bit). When torrent finished downloading, I get the following values for the torrent :

Column "Name" = LibreOffice_4.0.4_Win_x86.msi
Column "Size" = 183.1 MiB
Column "Downloaded" = 185.3 MiB

If I do the same in uTorrent, the column Downloaded has the same value as the column Size. In Deluge the value of column Downloaded is higher than the column Size. What is the reason for this behavior ? It looks like a bug to me.
