Extractor Plugin - not detecting .rar files

I have noticed my Extractor stopped working recently, I set up my Deluged to log what was happening and it finds all the files except the .rar file so it never extracts. Does anyone have any idea why this might be? I am using 7zip 64 bit as my default archive tool.

Okay, I didnt have the correct log set up, after setting up the debug log I see that it finds it and says extracting. I notice a command lind window pop up for a fraction of a second but then disappears, nothing gets extracted.. Could this be a fault of 7zip maybe?
