Can't add torrents from magnet links with Chrome.

Hi,

I am not able to add torrents using magnet links in Chrome/Chromium/Vivaldi in Ubuntu 15.04. Deluge is opened and I get the add dialog with the long magnet link data, but when I hit "Add" the dialog closes by no torrent is added. If I keep Deluge open and try to hit the magnet link again Deluge is brought to the front but nothing happens and no torrent is added. I can add from magnet links using Firefox and I can add from Chrome using the torrent instead of the magnet link. Also, I can add using magnet links in Chroem to Transmission, but I prefer Deluge. This worked without problems in Ubuntu 14.10 with Chrome/Chromium/Vivaldi. I have tried with a fresh Chrome profile adding Deluge as default for magnet, but it still doesn't work. I am running Deluge 1.3.11 from the Ubuntu repos.
