How to seed my own torrent?

So I created a torrent and uploaded it to a website, but I can't seed it. It didn't default to seed in Deluge, it just created the torrent.

How do I seed my torrent so other people can download it?

Edit: All the tutorials are for frieakin' UTorrent -_- on the internet.

You need to download the torrent. The data files should be in the download directory of deluge. Force a recheck and it should then go to 100% and start seeding.
