UPnP on but no incoming connections!

Hi all -

About a week ago Deluge suddenly stopped connecting to DHT and is showing "no incoming connections". I even tried different torrent clients, tried installing on another computer, tried using a different wireless router, but the issue persists. I called my provider (TalkTalk UK) and was reassured that they don't throttle or block any torrent traffic. I tried disabling Windows Firewall altogether but this didn't fix it either. What else can I be missing?

What I think had caused the issue is that I had been using BitTorrent Sync app in order to sync data between my laptop and my tablet. This could have a couple hundred gigabytes of traffic. I thought this was the reason why they blocked me but they were persistent in that it has nothing to do with my internet provider.

Any ideas?

I have the same Issue. I have tried using this man's video to port forward. Nothing has worked thus far, Deluge still says "No Incoming Connections"
