Huge speed-drops 1.3.1

I notice you are using libtorrent 14.10, I suggest you get the latest 0.15.x version.

i've got the exact same problem but after checking debug logs i found two repeating things

a load of these

i'm guessing that in my case the ext. hdd is the issue. or could it be something else?
