Deluge Version : 1.3.10
Libtorrent Version : 0.16.18.0
Operating System Version : wins 8
Plugins Enabled : Yarss 2
My main usage is using the RSS feature to download my animes. I've spend a long time setting up the list of anime I want to download, 28 in total.
The problem here is the client crash when it's time to run the subscription. Even when I do a manual 'Run the subscription', it also crashes.
The update interval for all the RSS is 120 mins and I have custom set all of them to download to their respective folders.
This problem does not exist when I manually add a torrent file. It only happens when I try to run the subscription.
The other thing I should mention is that sometime I did encounter this problem in the past but I ignored it and it went away by itselfs. But now with all the new RSS I added, not one succeed and always crash. I have been restarting deluge and manually run the subscription (for one subscription) for 20 times in a row and out of the 20 times 5 times it succeed and the other times it failed.
I get the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error as depicted below
http://imgur.com/WqlBaJA
and this is the log from event viewer.

I don't know how to enable logging from within deluge nor do I know how to launch it in daemon / thin client etc etc. I have been using it in classic mode the whole time and no WebUI mode either.
I don't think it's my PC as I have recently got a pretty new system with Fx 6300 with 8GB RAM.
Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help.
Yarss2 causing the crashes?
Re: Yarss2 causing the crashes?
Hi
There appears to be an issue with YaRSS2 in Windows. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue which makes it hard to fix.

When reporting issues, please include any relevant information such as OS (and version), python version (for Windows users this depends on which Deluge installer was used), Deluge version and plugin version.

Re: Yarss2 causing the crashes?
Hey thanks for the reply, is there anything I could provide to help you reproduce this problem or can I only wait until one of the dev encounter this problem and fix it?
Also, the subscription ran automatically without a problem yesterday night so technically it's 'fixed' for now.

Re: Yarss2 causing the crashes?
I'm the only "official" dev on YaRSS2, and none of the devs working on Deluge uses YaRSS2, so unless someone using YaRSS2 (with dev) skills can reproduce and debug I guess it's up to me. I don't use Windows and very much hate dislike developing on Windows, which is why it hasn't been prioritized.
If you can find a way of consistently reproducing a crash, ideally with a config with a public RSS Feed and subcription setup, it will be easier to debug for me.

Re: Yarss2 causing the crashes?
I also have the same problem with the crasing, it happens very random, sometimes it can run 4 days straight without any problems and sometimes it can crash 3 times a day. I really like this rss plugin so its sad to see that you dont like to dev on it on windows.
Re: Yarss2 causing the crashes?
On Windows I also have this issue. If I load a subscription manually it crashes. If I don't it seems to work fine.
On Linux (I have dualboot) I didn't had this issue so far.
