Deluge redownloading all torrents

Hi,

Apologies if this issue has been addressed previously, but for all the Googling and searching of this forum I can't find anyone with the exact same problem:

When i reboot my server, Deluge proceeds in redownloading all torrents, despite the fact they're still all sitting in the download directory.

Have I made a mess of something during set-up? It all worked fine before I upgraded to the latest version of Ubuntu Server last week.

It suggests that you have lost the state file, possibly from a bad shutdown. You need to verify if the download location is actually the same because normally it would just recheck the torrent data.
