Torrents disappeared from client, how to restore?

Hey guys,

Just restarted my computer and now all my torrents have disappeared from Deluge. I still have all the .torrent files on my computer, but re-adding them one by one would be a huge chore. I have hundreds of torrents seeding from half a dozen different trackers. They're all meticulously organized (eg: TV Drive 1/Series Name/Season number/) so re-adding them individually will take hours. Is there any way I can restore the torrents, with the files in their appropriate directories all at once? Also, what could have caused this and how can I prevent it from happening again in the future?

I'm using Deluge 1.3.6 on Windows 8.
