Can i host my own torrent?

I want to host my torrent file using public tracker. But i dunno how. Is it possible using deluge torrent?

yes it is.

• go to plugins->enable torrent creator.
• then click the"new torrent" button on the main toolbar.
• choose the file or folder you want to seed.
• choose where to save the .torrent.
• enter in the public tracker's URL.
• enter in any comments or author.
• hit save.

you'll then be able to upload the .torrent to your tracker's site.
