Request: torrent already added

When i click on a magnet link, deluge propose me to add the torrent to the list even if it is already on the list and even it is already downloaded.

I hereby request Deluge to be provided with a "torrent already added" feature

This would be handy. As it is, Deluge silently merges(?) the new torrent with the existing one and leaves it to the user to infer that the torrent was already added.
