Plugins gone in 1.3.7

I was running 1.3.6 on my Linux mint(13), and I then updated to 1.3.7 by compiling from source(Using the guide).
But now I can only see YaRSS2 in my plugin list.
I tried manually(From setting) adding autoadd(v1.02), but it won't show up in the list.
And I really need webui and autoadd.
So I am wondering if I did something wrong.

I skipped the Debian/Ubuntu Dependencies, as I already was using 1.3.6, and assumed they where in order.
But I ran through the guide again, and included the dependencies, and now its working fine.
I feel like a idiot right now...
