GTK UI not renaming folders

I've been trying to rename top-level folders through the GTK UI. It worked twice, but now it's failing without any explanation. I've tried restarting my local client, restarting the remote daemon, and changing the umask of the remote daemon, but nothing's worked.

It's not an issue that's been reported before so my first assumption would be a permission issue. Turn logging to see if any errors, if not then look at enabling debug logging.

It did appear to be a file permissions thing.
