renaming deluged.exe not working

hi., I rename the deluged.exe, and then start it, but its not working, it won't start, is there something i can do to rename it and run without a problem, or maybe in the code, do i have to change something and recompile it.

Not the usual question... I don't know the details of how bbfreeze creates the exe so only really possible by editing that script when building from source.
