libtorrent-rasterbar-1.0.0 released

I just saw that libtorrent-rasterbar-1.0.0 was released 3 days ago.
Does Deluge v1.3.6 and/or latest git support it ?

Should do, if not report issue to libtorrent.

i have been using python-libtorrent-1.0.0.win32-RC3.msi with deluge 1.4.0 dev and it works fine and i did use it briefly with 1.3.6 and didnt notice any issues but didnt use it for very long since i changed to 1.4.0.(DID NOT change because of issues just wanted to update/help developement)
