Deluge not recognizing open port

For some reason, deluge does not recognize that I have an open port (62000). I have it specified in the preferences section, but the port is still being seen as closed by deluge.

To test, I tried the same port in Transmission, and the tracker I was using sees me as being connectable.

Any ideas?
