Deluge frequent crashing in W7 64bit

I am running Deluge 1.3.6 with libtorrent 0.15.10.0 on Windows 7 64bit Ult.

I recently reinstalled my operating system and Deluge is crashing every 10-15min. With the following crash report.

Prior to my reinstall I was running the same version of Deluge on the same operating system without issue.
I am not running any plugins.
