Deluge error "waiting list"

Hi,

I have deluge on ubuntu and had no problem with it till 3 days ago.
Now all my torrent are put on the waiting list, and I cannot add any new torrent.

I haven't changed anything in the configuration, that worked before.

I have tried to add a torrent on an other client, and it works perfectly, but that's bad because I wanna continue using deluge, which is much better.

Any ideas?

This problem also affects me. I use deluge 1.3.6 libtorrent: 0.16.13.0 and ubuntu 14.04
All of the torrents are in the waiting line. If I stop them with the pause button, then restart them, the download immediately starts for a few seconds (like 2-4 seconds), then go back to the waiting list.
