Getting deluged and deluge-web to run on startup in Raspbian

Post by Philthy82 »

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to Linux but I've researched this as much as I can with no success, am hoping for some advice here.

I want to set up the Deluge daemon and web client to automatically run when starting up my Raspberry Pi running Raspbian Wheezy. I've tried the InitScripts for Debian found here: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/User ... ipt/Ubuntu. I'm using username "pi" which I use to log into Raspbian. I've followed the steps exactly and successfully, but on reboot the daemon and web client don't boot. The logging has worked though: in my deluged warning.log is the following:
[WARNING ] 17:11:32 torrentmanager:621 Unable to update state file to a compatible version: list index out of range
[WARNING ] 17:11:32 torrentmanager:724 Unable to load fastresume file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/philip82c/.config/deluge/state/torrents.fastresume'
Any idea what this means and what I can do to fix it?
