Add tracker to torrents with a specific tracker

One of the torrent sites that I use recently changed their tracker. This is temporary until they get their primary tracker back up and running, but until then my seeding torrents aren't doing anything.

I'm looking for a script that I can run that will look for any torrents with http://whatever.com as the tracker and add another tracker (http://temp-whatever.com) to the tracker list. I'm sure this can be done with Python, but my skills aren't that good yet.

Does anybody have something that would do this?
