Deluge
I have read over various posts on here, but I must be missing something simple.
Got Private Internet Access (VPN), and proxy settings. Configured Deluge to use proxy settings, torrent never starts to download. Deluge continues to show errors with tracker. Installed qBittorrent, and configured the same way (or so I think) that I configured Deluge, and the torrents instantly start downloading with qBittorrent. Went back and forth checking all the settings, and everything is the same. Why is qBittorrent working, but Deluge is not....especially if both are based on libtorrent, which is version 0.16.8.0.
