file remains "downloading"

I'm using latest versions of Deluge and FlexGet on UBUNTU 12.04.3 LTS. From time to time a download is not completed
and the file remains in "downloading" phase but is 100% complete.
When playing, the file is OK but the status on deluge remains"downloading"
