I need help in making Deluge my Default

I have been running BitTorrent 7.8.2. I just installed Deluge 1.3.6 to try it out. I don't seem to be able to set Deluge as my default. Every time I select a file to download it starts up BitTorrent.

I am using Google Chrome on a Windows 7 desktop.

I run GNU/Linux and not Windows, but this sounds like an issue of file associations -- the desktop has the FileName.torrent types of files associated with BitTorrent and not Deluge.

You can cure this by downloading a *.torrent file and saving it to your desktop. Then right-click on the filename and select Open With... Just tell it to use Deluge and to remember that. That should fix things.
